GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Individual cancellations must be made before 4 pm 48 hours prior to your arrival. All non-arrivals, Advanced Purchase packages and cancellations after this time will incur a first night charge.
Please note that cancellation policy for group bookings of 8 rooms or more will incur a seperate cancellation policy. Booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure to always check your booking cancellation policy as non-refundable and non-transferable bookings cannot be changed, amended or cancelled by the hotel.
Advanced purchase cancellation policy: Booking can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival free of charge. After this the full payment is processed by the hotel and is then non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended beyond this period. When purchasing a voucher that includes a package, please note the package is only valid for one year from date of purchase, following on from that date the value of the voucher can be used towards the best available rates for the remaining period of validity. Pre-booking is required, to make a Reservation please contact us in advance quoting your voucher number
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be extended and are non-transferable - When making a reservation or booking the Gift Voucher code should be quoted at the time of booking
- Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the holder, the Hotel does not accept responsibility for vouchers that are lost or mislaid, protect them as you would cash.
- Vouchers may be used for more than one transaction. Cash refunds are not permitted. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash.
- All online vouchers will be confirmed by email. The attached document is your voucher. This should be printed and presented to the Hotel on check in.
- Vouchers bought over the phone will be posted to the address given. Please allow 5-7 working days for postal vouchers.
- Email vouchers must be presented on arrival at the property. Vouchers that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
- When purchased online, the purchaser and the recipient have a responsibility to ensure that the unique voucher code is not disclosed to others-by printing the voucher once and by closing the web page immediately once printed.
- All bookings are subject to availability and change
- Vouchers may not be resold.
- By purchasing a voucher, the purchaser and recipient agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions of voucher purchase and the terms and conditions of the booking process where applicable to the voucher use.
- Vouchers can be redeemed by presentation of the voucher directly at the hotel.
- The hotel and/or voucher purchase system supplier (i) cannot be held responsible for lost or appropriated voucher codes; (ii) reserve the right to refuse redemption of a voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a voucher is fraudulently obtained or used; (iii) make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to vouchers including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a voucher is non- functional, your sole remedy, and the sole liability, shall be the replacement of such voucher at unredeemed face value.
- Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort reserves the right to refuse redemption of a voucher and request alternative forms of payment if a voucher is fraudulently obtained or used.
- Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without notifying the holder.
Promotional Gift Vouchers
Voucher Usage: Promotional Gift Vouchers are valid for individual bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
Exclusions: Vouchers cannot be redeemed for weddings, events, or group bookings.
Redemption: The voucher is valid only for the services specified and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services not listed.
Booking Requirement: All bookings made with a Promotional Gift Voucher are subject to availability. Advance booking is required, and the voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
Validity: Vouchers are valid until the stated expiry date and cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Non-Transferable: Vouchers are for the named recipient only and cannot be transferred to another person or resold.
Amendments and Cancellations: Bookings made using Promotional Gift Vouchers are subject to standard cancellation and amendment policies.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers: The issuer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and replacements will not be issued.
Additional Charges: Any costs exceeding the voucher value must be settled at the time of redemption.
Acceptance: By using the voucher, the bearer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Promotional Experience Vouchers: Valid for 12 months after purchase, monetary value will remain thereafter.
Pre-Booked Amenities/Package Elements
Charges will apply for all additional amenities pre-booked with the reservation even if they are not taken (e.g breakfast, wine, early-arrival, late check-out). Any unused amenities/package elements are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Following Non-Arrival
If you have not checked-in or contacted the hotel by phone to reconfirm that you still intend to arrive before 8 am the morning after your confirmed arrival date we will assume your reservation is cancelled and you will be charged.
RATE RULES & RESTRICTIONS
At check-in, the front desk will verify your departure date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early price may be subject to change.
AUTHORISATION
Guests who have guaranteed their reservations with a credit card will be asked for pre-authorisation on arrival. Guests paying cash or debit card will be asked for full prepayment of the balance on arrival and may be asked for a further deposit for charging facilities.
