Lost & Found Policy
Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort assumes no responsibility for items that are misplaced or left behind by guests. Any items found after a guest’s departure, with the exception of perishable goods, will be collected, logged, and securely stored for up to 14 days for collection by the owner. If you realise you have left something behind, we encourage you to contact the hotel as soon as possible, and our team will be happy to assist in locating the item for you.
Returns
Where possible, Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort will be pleased to arrange the return of lost property to its owner. In such cases, the hotel will contact you to request your postal address and credit card details to cover packaging and postage fees. Please note that Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost or misdirected during the shipping process.
