On Thursday 10th September, we're joining Eat Spain DRink Spain Ireland 2026 with a special evening celebrating Spanish food & wine.
Executive Head Chef Dan Ottaway has created a five-course Spanish inspired tasting menu, bringing together Spanish flavours with quality Irirsh ingredients and local produce.
The evening begins with a Sangria reception on the Mezzanine before inner, with each course pared with a specially selected Spanish wine.
The Evening
01 - Sangria Reception 7:00pm Start the evening with a glass of Sangria and a chance to settle before dinner.
02 - Five Course Tasting Menu 7:30pm Enjoy five Spanish inspired courses created by Executive Head Chef Dan Ottaway, combing Spanish flavours with quality Irish ingredients and local produce.
03 - Spanish Wine Pairing Each course will be paired wiyh a specially selected Spanish wine, chosen to compliment the flavours on the plate.
04 - Hosted Evening The evening will be hosted by Spanish Wine Educator Sinead Smyth, with our MC Santina Kennedy helping to guide guests through the evening.
