Payment Terms
Hotel Bedrooms: Non Arrival Fee or Late Cancellation Fee
If you have not cancelled your reservation within the required cancellation window, your credit card will be subject to a charge of the first night’s accommodation for each room booked plus any other pre-booked services you have reserved. (dinner, spa, golf, etc). Please refer to your confirmation email for the cancellation notice period.
Hotel Bedrooms: Advance Purchase & Prepaid Rates
For all Advance Purchase and Prepaid Rate reservations, the room rate for the full duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (e.g. champagne on arrival, meals, upgrades, treatments, golf, etc) is charged in full at time of reservation. If you cancel for any reason, modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.
Lodges
For stays of 5 nights or more a deposit of 25% is required at time of booking with final non- refundable balance due 14 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 14 days of arrival full payment will be required and is non-refundable.
Hotel Bedrooms: Leisure Group Bookings
For group reservations of 5 rooms of more, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable on arrival. Cancellations are permitted up to 7 days prior to arrival, after this time the balance paid is non-refundable.
Conferences & Meetings
Booking deposit of 25% to secure the date, cancellation policy will vary depending on the event, please refer to your contract.
Weddings
A wedding deposit of €2000 is required to secure your day. Cancellation and conditions as per your Wedding Contract.
Golf Society
Golf society booking deposit of €20 per person with a four week cancellation policy.
Golf Membership
Terms and conditions for annual golf membership in line with the club constitution.
Vouchers
This is a request for payment of a voucher you have purchased. Vouchers will not be issued until payment is received in full.
